2. Services Covered

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Website designing and UI/UX development
• Custom web and software application development
• Digital marketing, SEO, and online branding
• Graphic design and creative assets
• Bulk SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS messaging solutions
• AI chatbots and custom business automation agents
• Corporate & School Printing Services including ID cards, customized T-shirts, diaries, paper printing, visiting cards, letterheads, and envelopes
• IT consulting, maintenance, hosting support, and related technology services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be defined in quotations, proposals, invoices, or written agreements.

3. Quotes, Orders & Payments

• All quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
• Project commencement may require an advance payment as agreed during confirmation.
• For printing and bulk orders, final pricing depends on quantity, materials, design complexity, and delivery requirements.
• Payments once made for completed work, approved designs, or delivered printing orders are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, or incomplete approvals may affect delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content, logos, photos, and approvals required for project execution
• Ensure they have legal rights to all materials supplied for design, development, marketing, or printing
• Review proofs, designs, and samples carefully before final approval
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Use our digital and software deliverables in compliance with applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• MS Tech Solution retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries, and internal processes used in service delivery.
• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final approved deliverables for their intended business purpose.
• Source code, design files, or editable assets may be shared only if explicitly included in the project agreement.
• We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Printing Services Terms

• Color variation, minor cutting differences, and material texture differences may occur within industry-standard tolerances.
• Once a print design or bulk order is approved, the client accepts responsibility for spelling, data, images, and layout accuracy.
• For school and institutional ID card orders, the requesting institution is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for student or employee data.
• Reprints due to client-approved errors may incur additional charges.
• Delivery timelines for bulk printing depend on order volume, customization, and material availability.

7. Website & Software Services

• Hosting, domain, third-party APIs, licenses, and paid plugins are billed separately unless included in the proposal.
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, or external platforms.
• Security updates, backups, and ongoing maintenance are available as separate support services unless included in the agreement.
• Clients must not use our solutions for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activities.

8. Support & Warranty

We provide reasonable support for delivered services as per the agreed scope. Bug fixes related to our development work may be covered for a limited period if specified in the project agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, ad campaign performance, search engine rankings, or specific business results from digital marketing services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS Tech Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that service, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients may cancel a project before work begins, subject to any costs already incurred. If work has started, cancellation fees may apply based on completed milestones, design effort, procurement, or printing preparation. Refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case according to the stage of the project or order.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website and solutions may integrate third-party tools, advertising networks, analytics platforms, payment gateways, messaging APIs, hosting providers, and social media services. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
